AI-Powered Solution for Complex Workflows

I led the end-to-end design of a zero-to-one AI solution for a disability insurance client. We were able to give time back to users by generating structured narratives. My focus was on designing for trust, compliance, and usability in a highly regulated, high-stakes environment.
