Overview
I led the end-to-end design of an AI workflow tool for enterprise financial services teams. The product explored how AI can help teams quickly identify which investment portfolios may need attention and why. The workflow surfaced risk indicators, summarized relevant account context, and supported faster, more consistent review decisions without removing human judgment from the process.
